PALAZZO DELLO
SCOGLIO (PALAZZO BALILLA)

Il Palazzo dello Scoglio è detto anche Palazzo Balilla in
quanto all'inizio della
via che durante il Fascismo si chiamava Via Balilla. Questo
palazzo venne costruito nel 1925 e purtroppo, come molte
altre case della zona, negli ultimi anni ha visto ridurre
molto la sua imperdibile vista mare a causa della diga del
VTE. Nel periodo di grande flusso turistico, dal 1920 al
1960 nell'attico di questo palazzo esisteva la Pensione
Rota, nota ai turisti di mezza Europa.
